Your Motor Valets Experience & Service Agreement
Thank you for choosing Motor Valets. We provide premium mobile vehicle valeting and detailing with a focus on convenience, care, and professional standards. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below. These terms exist to ensure a smooth, fair, and consistent experience for every customer.
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
When you book an appointment, time is reserved exclusively for your vehicle and other work may be declined during that slot. Gift card bookings are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling terms.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone or text using the contact details provided at booking. By booking, you expressly authorise Motor Valets to charge the payment method on file in line with this policy.
Time-Based Valeting Policy
Our services are time-based, not checklist-based. This allows us to fairly accommodate vehicles of varying size and condition.
- We complete as much work as possible within the booked time.
- If additional time is required due to vehicle condition, size, or excessive soiling, this will be discussed with you.
- Additional time is charged at £25 per 30 minutes, subject to your approval.
- If additional time is declined, we will prioritise and complete work within the original booking window.
- Each booking applies to one vehicle only and cannot be split across multiple vehicles.
To maximise results, please inform us of your top priorities at the start of the appointment.
Arrival Window & Vehicle Access
As a mobile service, arrival times may vary due to traffic or earlier job overruns. We may arrive up to 60 minutes either side of the scheduled time. We will provide updates where possible.
You must provide:
- Safe access to the vehicle
- Vehicle keys where required
- Sufficient space to work around the vehicle
By booking, you authorise Motor Valets to operate and reposition the vehicle if necessary. If we cannot access the vehicle or begin work upon arrival, cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply.
Mobile Service Requirements
For mobile services, we require access to water and electricity (unless otherwise agreed).
If these are unavailable and prevent the service from being completed, up to 100% of the service fee may be charged.
Final Inspection & Service Concerns
At the end of the service, we will review the vehicle with you where possible. If you are unavailable at completion, the service will be deemed accepted.
- Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Concerns raised after this period may not be addressed.
We do not guarantee perfection, particularly where pre-existing wear, damage, staining, or paint defects are present.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
By booking, you authorise Motor Valets to charge the card on file for completed services, approved time extensions, and cancellations or no-shows under this agreement. All sales are final.
Pre-Existing Condition & Liability
We inspect vehicles before starting and note visible pre-existing damage. We are not responsible for deterioration of existing damage, weak trim, aged seals, brittle plastics, or previously repaired panels.
Motor Valets’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Media & Marketing Use
Unless requested otherwise in writing, you grant Motor Valets permission to photograph or record your vehicle for marketing, training, or portfolio use. Number plates and identifying details will be obscured where reasonably possible.
Legal & Eligibility
- You confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to approve services for the vehicle.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid.
What You Are Agreeing To
- Services are time-based, not outcome-guaranteed.
- Vehicle access and cooperation are required.
- Cancellation and rescheduling fees apply.
- Payment reflects technician time and effort.
- Liability is limited to the value paid for the service.
