1. Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale form part of our Terms of Service and apply when you book a service online, by phone, or by any other method. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable service details, pricing, and policies prior to the appointment.

Once an appointment is confirmed, you are bound by these terms and any related policies referenced herein, including our Service Agreement.

2. Packages & Pricing

Motor Valets offers a range of valeting and detailing packages. Package contents, service durations, and prices are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes will be reflected on this website.

Prices shown are indicative and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, or location.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
• We accept approved card payments and other methods as communicated at booking.
• If a payment method is declined, you agree to provide an alternative payment method promptly.
• Unpaid balances may result in recovery action after 48 hours.

4. Booking Conditions

You are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from your vehicle prior to service. Motor Valets accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.

Vehicles must be parked in a safe and lawful location suitable for mobile valeting. All vehicles are cleaned at the owner’s risk and must be able to withstand standard professional cleaning processes.

Any damage claims arising from cleaning are limited to the cost of the service provided.

5. Additional Work & Contamination

Work outside the scope of the booked service may be charged at an additional hourly rate, subject to your approval.

A minimum surcharge may apply for vehicles containing hazardous or bio-contaminants, including but not limited to bodily fluids, animal waste, or chemical residues.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee as outlined in our Service Agreement.

7. Satisfaction Policy

If there is clear evidence that a service was not delivered as booked due to workmanship issues, we will, at our discretion, re-perform the affected portion of the service at no additional cost.

Any claims must be raised within 24 hours of service completion and supported by reasonable evidence such as photographs.

8. Appointment Timing

Due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, arrival times may vary. Please allow a reasonable arrival window. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays.

9. Communications & Messaging

By booking with us, you may receive service-related messages via SMS or email. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the instructions provided.

We do not sell or share mobile contact information for marketing purposes. Service-related messaging data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Referral & Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer referral or promotional incentives. These may not be combined unless expressly stated. Abuse of referral systems, false identities, or misleading activity may result in forfeiture of credits or disqualification from future offers.
